Using the front-facing camera on your iPhone, Rep Rise detects your face's movements during push-ups and applies advanced algorithms to count each rep. Simply place your phone on the ground in front of you and start your workout. The app immediately tracks your movements and displays a real-time count on your screen, eliminating the need for manual tracking.
Rep Rise ensures accuracy by detecting full push-ups and the return to the starting position. If you need to pause, the app automatically pauses the rep count and resumes when you continue.
In addition to individual workouts, Rep Rise offers multiplayer mode through Game Center. Challenge your friends or other Rep Risers to see who can complete a set amount of push-ups first in real-time.
With four different workout modes - Repetition, Time, Infinite, and Sequence - you'll never get bored. The app also provides 12 algorithmically-generated workouts ranging from 30 to 500 push-ups for a challenging fitness routine.
Rep Rise offers touchless counting using the proximity sensor or touchscreen counting for devices without the sensor. For devices with face motion-enabled front-facing cameras, the app uses face motion counting to register each exercise rep.
Set goals with the challenges feature and create custom workouts with sets, reps, and rest times. Track your progress with exercise statistics saved locally on your device or backed up to iCloud.
